Classical encryption must be patched again and again because computers keep growing more powerful. Quantum cryptography is secure by nature: the eavesdropper is always detected.

In the USA, Informatics is mistakenly called "computer science." But the device obscures the view of what really matters: the algorithm, which is what first gives the device its purpose.

A classic data center can be as big as a tennis court. To double the computing power, you need another tennis court. To double the power of a quantum computer, you only need one more logical qubit. Here, exponentiality is built right in.
